We at Adventure Lion have a deep appreciation for the outdoors and those who work to preserve it. That’s why we’ve partnered with Friends of the Smokies, a wonderful organization devoted to protecting the majesty of one of America’s largest national parks.
Adventure Lion’s home office is only two hours from the park entrance, so it holds a special place in our hearts. In fact, we test many of our dry bags in the Smoky Mountains’ myriad lakes and rivers. One might even say we owe the park a debt of gratitude. We’re humbled to be working with such an important organization and hope that our contribution helps protect the Smoky Mountains for future generations of adventure seekers.
Since 1993, Friends of the Smokies has raised more than $53 million to fund historic preservation, wildlife management and environmental education in the Smoky Mountains National Park. The organization assists the Park Service in it’s mission to protect the park, increase public awareness, and provide volunteers for the many important restoration projects throughout the year.
